Classic Cheese Medley Gift Pack

We've had such a response to the cheeses we sell here at The Brick Store, we put together a four-pack of our most-requested cheeses. Comes packed in a white box or a two-tone wicker basket (additional charge).

Includes:

• One 1-lb (approx. wt.) hunk of our "rat trap" extra-sharp Vermont cheddar, aged at least 14 months, sliced right off the 38-lb wheel right on the counter in The Brick Store
• One 1-lb (approx. wt.) block of our own Brick Store maple-smoked cheddar
• One 1-lb block of sharp Vermont cheddar, aged at least 8 months and sealed in red wax
• One 12-oz wedge of farmstead artisan cheese, made in the Welsh tradition, from the Landaff Creamery
